Creating a single web-based application with a streamlined questionnaire workflow, searchable knowledge base, and file management capability reduces the need for security engineering and compliance teams to have to rely on more than one tool to save, store and share information.
How I narrowed in on the right solution
Building out an MVP candidate, meant testing and validating design concepts with HyperComply founders, and a small audience of former colleagues to share their working knowledge of the process.

Through user feedback, collecting data and working with company leaders, we identified the core role levels, user specific responsibilities and application tasks (see below).
How I narrowed in on the right solution
Understanding the end-to-end process, I created several information views that would display evaluation completion health, date filtering, question tagging and corresponding inline commenting that would allow users to work collaboratively across assignments.
